Sea food and baby leaf paella

  • 150g cod or white wish
  • 200g peppers
  • 150g white onion
  • 150g paella rice
  • 300ml fish stock (or water)
  • 0.1g saffron
  • 1g smoked paprika
  • 1g oregano
  • 5g garlic
  • 10g baby broccoli
  • 10g baby leaf red cabbage
  • 20ml olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 180c
  • Place your paella pan on low heat and drizzle with olive oil
  • Dice the onion and garlic and add to the pan
  • Add the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Chop your peppers, add to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes
  • Add the stock (or water) and bring to the simmer
  • Cut the cod into 1cm cube
  • Add in the rice, baby leaf and place the cod on the top
  • Once the paella comes to the simmer place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish the top with more baby leaf!
