Sea food and baby leaf paella

Ingredients
- 150g cod or white wish
- 200g peppers
- 150g white onion
- 150g paella rice
- 300ml fish stock (or water)
- 0.1g saffron
- 1g smoked paprika
- 1g oregano
- 5g garlic
- 10g baby broccoli
- 10g baby leaf red cabbage
- 20ml olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c
- Place your paella pan on low heat and drizzle with olive oil
- Dice the onion and garlic and add to the pan
- Add the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Chop your peppers, add to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes
- Add the stock (or water) and bring to the simmer
- Cut the cod into 1cm cube
- Add in the rice, baby leaf and place the cod on the top
- Once the paella comes to the simmer place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Garnish the top with more baby leaf!
