SEA BASS WITH PAK CHOI AND CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 100g cauliflower
  • 1g thyme
  • 1g garlic
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 10g pak choi
  • 100g cauliflower
  • 10ml olive oil

Method

  • Place your pan on a high heat
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Floret half the cauliflower and place them in pan
  • Colour a little then place in the oven for 5 minutes at 180C
  • Grate the other half of the cauliflower
  • Place a saucepan on a mid-heat and drizzle with 5 ml olive
  • Add the garlic and cauliflower to your pan and leave to cook
  • Add in the thyme then remove from the heat
  • In a 2nd frying pan, drizzle oil and place the sea bass skin side down and cook until almost done
  • When almost cooked, flip on to the other sides and finish
  • Dress the plate with cauliflower rice and pak choi
  • Top with the fish and the roasted cauliflower
