Pak choi and Pork chop

Ingredients
- 2x 150g pork chops
- 100g mushrooms (shiitake)
- 50g butter
- 100ml white wine
- 2g salt
- 1g black pepper
- 10 ml olive oil
- 20g chopped white onion
- 2g chopped garlic
Method
- Place a large ovenproof frying pan on the stove and place on high heat
- While this is heating up, slice the mushrooms and season the pork with salt
- Place the pork into the heated pan
- Colour both sides around 2 minutes each
- Once this is done add in the mushrooms, onion, garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Mix in the butter and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pork is cooked
- Once the pork is cooked remove it from the pan and place the pan on a low heat, pour in the wine and bring to the simmer
- Finish with the pak choi and serve!
