Garlic chive and goat cheese mushroom

Ingredients
- 4 large field mushrooms
- 125g goats cheese
- 10g garlic chive
- 10ml olive oil
- 20g mixed seeds
- 1g salt
Method
- Pre heat the oven @ 180c
- Peel the outer skin of the mushroom and remove the stalk
- Season with salt and drizzle olive oil
- Place on a tray and cook for 5 minutes
- Chop the goat cheese into 1/2cm cubes
- Finely chop the garlic chive (leave a little to use as garnish at the end)
- Mix the garlic chive with the goat cheese
- Remove the mushroom from the oven and fill the centre of them with the goat cheese and garlic chives
- Place back in the oven for 5 more minutes
- After the 5 minutes have passed top the mushrooms with the mixed seeds
- Place back in the oven for final 5 minutes
- Garnish with fresh garlic chives and serve
