Chicken & Lemon Sorrel Salad

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 10g micro lemon sorrel
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 ml Olive oil
  • 1g salt


  • Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, olive oil and any other personal favourite seasoning
  • Place in a pre-heated oven of 180c for 10 minutes
  • Boil eggs for 8 minutes and run under cold water until cold
  • Slice or dice your avocado and eggs
  • Plate and mix your chicken, lemon sorrel, avocado and eggs
