Chicken & Lemon Sorrel Salad

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 10g micro lemon sorrel
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 1g salt
Method
- Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, olive oil and any other personal favourite seasoning
- Place in a pre-heated oven of 180c for 10 minutes
- Boil eggs for 8 minutes and run under cold water until cold
- Slice or dice your avocado and eggs
- Plate and mix your chicken, lemon sorrel, avocado and eggs
