Ingredients
- 200g tuna
- 100g lamb lettuce
- 1 spring onion
- 5g coriander
- 2g red chilli
- 3g ginger
- 2g garlic
- 5ml sesame oil
- 3 ml mirin
- 5 ml red wine vinegar
- 10ml sunflower oil
Method
For the dressing:
- Chop the chilli and coriander fine
- Use a grater for the ginger and garlic
- Add the mirin, red wine vinegar, sunflower oil and sesame oil
- Mix well
For the salad:
- Place a pan on high heat, once the pan is hot drizzle it with oil
- Place the tuna in and turn over after 2 minutes
- Cook for 2 more minutes and remove from the heat
- Sprinkle with dressing
- Slice the tuna and build your salad
- Finish with the rest of the dressing and chopped spring onion
