Lemon balm and oat snack

Ingredients

  • 150g rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 10g gold cater sugar
  • 150g pineapple
  • 3g coconut oil
  • 5g lemon balm

Method

  • Pre heat your oven 180c
  • Place the pineapple, sugar, and coconut oil into the mixer
  • Beat until the pineapple has broken down a little
  • Add oats into the mixer 
  • Beat oats and add in egg and lemon balm
  • Mix well and place into a grease proof tray
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and place on cooling rack
  • Serve your delicious lemon balm and oat snack!
