Ingredients
- 150g rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 10g gold cater sugar
- 150g pineapple
- 3g coconut oil
- 5g lemon balm
Method
- Pre heat your oven 180c
- Place the pineapple, sugar, and coconut oil into the mixer
- Beat until the pineapple has broken down a little
- Add oats into the mixer
- Beat oats and add in egg and lemon balm
- Mix well and place into a grease proof tray
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven and place on cooling rack
- Serve your delicious lemon balm and oat snack!
