endive with blue cheese dressing

Ingredients
- 100g Endive
- 50g blue cheese
- 50g yoghurt
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100g walnuts
- 1 pear
- 50g blue cheese
Method
- Crumble the blue cheese into a small blow and crush with a fork
- Add in the yoghurt and mix in well
- Dress with the lemon juice
- Toast the walnuts in a 180c oven for 8 minutes or until golden
- Dress the salad leaves with the yoghurt
- Start to plate the salad in layers, each time adding a little crumbled cheese a few slices of pear and a couple walnuts
