  • 100g Endive
  • 50g blue cheese
  • 50g yoghurt
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 100g walnuts
  • 1 pear
  • 50g blue cheese


  • Crumble the blue cheese into a small blow and crush with a fork
  • Add in the yoghurt and mix in well
  • Dress with the lemon juice
  • Toast the walnuts in a 180c oven for 8 minutes or until golden
  • Dress the salad leaves with the yoghurt
  • Start to plate the salad in layers, each time adding a little crumbled cheese a few slices of pear and a couple walnuts
